Foreign participation sits under the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre, not a handshake. Sector minimums, local partners, and immigration status are written down. You still need counsel. You do not have to invent the map.

Business, courts, and contracts run in English. Accra, Tema, and Takoradi are ports and cities you can fly into, walk, and leave with questions that have names - not a continent-sized abstraction.
